Can I paste an Instagram link instead of uploading?
No — Trustample transcribes files you upload, not links, and it only makes sense for content you own. For your own Reels you always have the original file, or you can download your post from your account. That also gives cleaner audio than anything scraped.
How do I get my Reel as a file?
You usually still have the original video from whatever you edited it in (CapCut, Premiere, your phone). If not, you can download your own posts from your Instagram account. Then drop the file into Trustample.
Can I make styled captions for the video?
Export SRT or VTT and import into CapCut, Premiere or your editor to style and burn them in. The cue timings come from word-level timestamps, so they land on the right frames.
Does it work for longer Instagram videos, not just Reels?
Yes — any Instagram video file works, up to your plan's per-file length. Reels transcribe in seconds; longer videos take a few minutes.
