Uncommon words the AI might misspell — list them so they come out right.
The most expensive place for deal intelligence to live is inside a rep's head. Transcribing your recorded calls and demos turns them into an asset: search across a deal's history for what the prospect actually said, quote their words back in the follow-up, and let AI pull out objections and next steps.
Trustample works with recordings from any source — Zoom or Teams demos, phone-call recordings, in-person meetings captured on a phone. Upload the file, then use the built-in AI to summarize the call, draft the follow-up email, or list every commitment made — straight from the transcript.
How it works
- 1Upload the call recording from your meeting platform or phone.
- 2Read the transcript; click any sentence to replay that exact moment.
- 3Run AI actions — summary, action items, follow-up email — and paste into your CRM.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can it draft my follow-up email?
Yes — the AI tools menu includes a professional-email action that drafts a follow-up grounded in what was actually discussed, including agreed next steps. You edit and send; it never contacts anyone for you.
Is it legal to record sales calls?
Recording-consent rules vary by location — some places require everyone on the call to agree, others don't. The simple, portable practice is to announce it ("this call may be recorded") and get agreement; that keeps you on the right side of the stricter rules and is common courtesy. You're responsible for recording lawfully; transcription itself adds no new requirement. Check your local rules if you're unsure.
How do I keep prospect data private?
Recordings are stored encrypted, never used to train AI models, and auto-delete after 30 days (transcripts remain until you delete them). Paranoid mode erases the recording the instant transcription completes.
Can I ask questions across several calls with the same account?
Yes — Pro's cross-transcript memory lets you select multiple transcripts and ask questions across them, like "what pricing objections has this account raised?"
Can I identify prospect and company details from a call transcript?
Yes, conversationally: on Pro, ask the transcript things like "what company is the prospect with, what tools do they use today, who else was named as a decision-maker?" and the answers come from what was actually said, with the transcript there to verify. What Trustample doesn't do (yet) is push fields into your CRM automatically — you copy the answers over, which for most reps is a paste per call.
