Uncommon words the AI might misspell — list them so they come out right.
Every meeting platform can record; almost none of them hand you useful text. Export the recording from Zoom, Teams or Meet — or record in-room on a phone — and Trustample turns it into a time-stamped transcript you can skim, search and quote.
Decisions, action items and exact wording stop living in people's memories. Correct any misheard name inline and export a DOCX to attach to the follow-up email.
The no-bot design is deliberate. Meeting bots announce themselves, join your calls, and need calendar access; some participants change what they say the moment one appears. Uploading the recording afterwards keeps the meeting normal and the tooling invisible — and it works identically for platforms without bot ecosystems, phone-recorded in-room meetings included. On paid plans the AI layer turns the transcript into minutes: a summary, decisions and action items, each traceable back to the line where it was said.
How it works
- 1Export the meeting recording (audio or video both work) and upload it.
- 2The AI transcribes every voice with timestamps.
- 3Skim, mark up, correct inline, and export minutes as DOCX or PDF.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Does it work with Zoom / Teams / Meet recordings?
Yes — upload the MP4 or M4A those platforms export and it transcribes directly. No integration or bot needs to join your call.
Many people talk over each other in our meetings. How does that come out?
Crosstalk is the hardest audio there is — expect lower accuracy during simultaneous speech. Clear turn-taking transcribes very well, and speaker labels on paid plans make attribution easy — rename Speaker 1 to a real name once and it applies throughout.
Do I need everyone's consent to record a meeting?
In many jurisdictions, yes — and it's good practice everywhere. By uploading, you confirm you have whatever consent your local law requires from participants.
Can my whole team use one account?
Accounts are personal — each row of data is locked to the signed-in user. For teams, individual accounts keep everyone's recordings private to them.
Can it produce meeting minutes, not just a transcript?
On paid plans, yes — the AI summary and action-items tools draft minutes from the transcript, and because every claim links back to a transcript line, you can verify before sending. The transcript itself is the audit trail.
We hold hybrid meetings — some people in a room, some remote. What records best?
The platform's own recording captures remote voices perfectly and the room only as well as the room mic does. If in-room discussion dominates, a phone recording placed centrally in the room often transcribes better than the far-end feed — upload whichever recording captured the conversation you actually need.
An honest note: Speaker labels separate voices by sound, and in large meetings with many similar-sounding participants the labels can blur across people. For a six-person meeting they're reliably useful; for a twenty-person all-hands, treat attribution as approximate and verify quotes by clicking the line.
