Refund Policy

Except as described below or where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable. You can try every core feature on the free plan before paying, so you always know exactly what you are buying.

First purchase, 14 days: if Trustample is not working for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it, provided your usage in that period has been minimal (as a guide: under 60 transcribed minutes and fewer than 10 AI actions). Substantial use of the service is treated as acceptance of it. One first-purchase refund per customer.

Renewals: renewal payments are non-refundable. We recommend canceling before your renewal date if you no longer need the service — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep full access until then. No partial or prorated refunds are given for unused time, unused minutes or unused AI actions.

How refunds are processed: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record, Paddle, and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
